Welcome to the Express Family! We are thrilled to have you join our prestigious program as we celebrate our 22nd season of training champions. With two decades of experience, Express has established itself as one of the most innovative cheer programs in North Texas and beyond. Our commitment to excellence is unwavering, and we are dedicated to helping your athletes enhance their skills and reach their athletic potential. But our mission goes beyond that – we aim to instill important life lessons such as commitment, hard work, integrity, leadership, self-confidence, positive attitude, and a genuine love for the sport.
Express All-Stars is our competitive cheer program, offering teams based on age, skill level, and number of participants. We organize our teams into levels, including Tiny, Mini, Youth, Junior, and Senior divisions, determined by birth year. Athletes aged 3 and up are welcome to join. Explore our various programs to find the perfect fit for your family and athlete, considering their specific needs and schedules.
Express offers Levels 1-7 as defined by the USASF.
Please note that additional practice times and days may be added as needed. Competitive cheerleading is a team sport that thrives on dedication to the team.
