IMPACT offers athletes an opportunity to experience the excitement of All-Stars without the time commitment, financial obligation and rigorous training schedule, while emphasizing fun, skill acquisition and teamwork.
IMPACT is the perfect stepping stone for athletes into Express All-Star competitive program, preparation for school cheer or for an athlete that loves cheerleading and doesn’t have the time to commit to a full season.
Each athlete will be placed on a team, perform an exhibition at Express Fest and compete at local events during our season.

Each athlete will be placed on a team, exhibition at Express Fest and compete at three local events during our season. Practice sessions are once a week for 2 hours.
